Stephanie leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Catherine Day, daughters Joy Skeen and Ashley White (Son in Law, Lazarus White), Two grandsons Zachariah and Zaydan, one sister, Sonia Skeen, one brother, Sean Skeen, one nephew Donnell Skeen, and an array of nieces. She is preceded in death by her father Edward and her best friend Dougie. Lastly, Stephanie wouldn’t be Stephanie without her most famous saying, “I’m alright, if you’re alright” She would smile through the pain she faced. Her smile and laughter was often described as infectious. ![]() Stephanie’s laugh could be heard from miles away. She could cuss you out from one end of the street to the next, and then fight someone else for you because they looked at you wrong. Not a day pass that Stephanie wasn’t on the move. Stephanie could not stay still, she was always on the go. She was handed the sentence in March 2012 and will be eligible for parole in 2034 according to Sports Keeda. She is serving her 27 years in prison sentence at the facility. Stephanie departed this life on Saturday October 2, 2021. Stephanie Lazarus is now in California Institution for Women in Corona. ![]() Stephanie Skeen Folarin, 51, was born June 6, 1970, in Boston, Massachusetts to Catherine Day and Edward Skeen.
